Returns and Exchange 

 

At Divine House, we aim to give you the best shopping experience. However, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

 

In case the products delivered to you are in damaged/defective condition we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

 

  • If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care via email at  care@divinehouse.co.in or Call us/WhatsApp us at +91 9836031773 (11AM-7PM) within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

 

  • Divine House is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns and Exchange Policy.

 

  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking by Divine House.

 

  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
